Are your products 100% natural?+
Yes. Every Aitmaad Organics product is formulated from 100% natural, plant-based ingredients. We never use sulphates, parabens, artificial fragrances, or harsh chemicals.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?+
Most of our products are gentle enough for sensitive skin. Each product page lists all ingredients. If you have a known allergy, please review the ingredient list carefully or contact us before ordering.
How do I place an order?+
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD).
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery will take 5-7 days anywhere.
What is your exchange policy?+
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items. Opened personal care products are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons. See our Exchange Policy page for full details.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?+
Currently we only deliver within Pakistan.
