Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy below.
Strict "Exchanges Only" Policy: Aitmaad Organics does not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances. We will happily replace eligible items through our exchange process.
Exchange Window
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Eligible Exchange Reasons
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong item delivered
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal care products cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email within 2–3 business days. Approved exchanges will be processed and a replacement item will be shipped to you.
